Job Description

Call Centre Managers will supervise call centre staff and make sure they are dealing with customers effectively and efficiently. They may set customer service targets and implement any changes or improvements that need to be made. They will be responsible for recruiting new staff if required and dealing with queries their team may have.

Entry Requirements

Experience in call centres, good people management skills, HND/Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications may be an advantage

Required Skills

Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate other members of staff, a strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills, able to meet and exceed targets, good training skills, the ability to work well within your team, confident with a good business sense, an upbeat focused approach.

Starting Salary

£18,000 to £25,000
