We are looking for an apprentice who wants to learn and develop experience in supporting vulnerable people.
The role requires good attention to detail and confidence in using IT systems and software packages, as well as an empathy for homeless people. This is to support the HRS access online portal, which facilitates applications to what are known as Housing Related Support Services.
Within the role, you will need to update and ensure the accuracy of applications, as well as carrying out a range of associated administrative tasks.
In return, you will have time off to complete your studies and be offered mentoring support as well as opportunities to meet and engage with providers of Housing Related Support Services.
