Making our members feel safe and happy by working across the Club giving excellent service every day, 7 days a week; this will typically include supporting all departments with activities such as cleaning, reception greeting and supporting team members where needed. What will I be doing? Ensuring the cleanliness, health and safety of our members and team members at all times. Using every opportunity to smile and talk to our members. Acting as an ambassador for the club at all times. Getting to know our club and engaging with members about our activities so that I can advise them in a helpful manner. Keeping any of my work areas clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard at all times. Managing queues to deliver excellent service and a safe working environment. Knowing the health benefits of our menu and offering advice. Checking back with members to make sure they are happy. Ensuring I have a full knowledge of health and safety standards and COVID-19 requirements, making sure my colleagues, members and myself are safe at all times.
