A brand new, exciting role has been created at our Peterborough Headquarters and will be office-based within the Support department dealing with end user creation and changes.
The role will include:
New user creation, off boarding, on boarding, permission changes, phone system changes.
Progressing to call-taking and immediate fixes (triage).
Pre-booked support tickets.
Working with forward-thinking engineers and the latest technologies.
On-the-job training and support for extra-curricular qualifications (Microsoft, 3CX, Cisco etc.).
Integration with a fast-paced, international team of people.
You will also be expected to be involved in general office duties and there may be opportunities for site visits in order to gain an insight into the role of Field Engineer and the Projects Team.
