The role will involve contacting potential customers to generate new leads for software, services and print devices.
Appointment booking with prospective customers on behalf of the territory salesperson. Representing the company at networking events and trade shows.
Generating digital leads through LinkedIn, via social media activity and other digital means.
Ensuring all relevant details are recorded/updated on the system.
Growing email marketing lists and digital following.
Communicating between internal teams to ensure leads are recorded and followed up.
Continuous personal development in sales, customer service and product offerings.
The role will be based at the company headquarters. First Copy occupies the whole building, which includes kitchen and toilet facilities. On-site parking is available, and a bus route runs past the office with a bus stop close by. The lead generation team will have their own accessible office downstairs.
