We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to work at The Greenhill Clubhouse in Hemingford Abbots, Huntingdonshire.
Having recently added this site to our portfolio we are keen to maximise the event space onsite. The holder of this position will
work closely with our marketing department to create a strategy for opening this area of the business. Dealing with all new business from lead generation, actively prospecting, arranging meetings, negotiating, closing sales and planning events, all stages of the process must be documented and handed over to the operations team. We are looking to build strong relationships with new clients and forge relationships with existing clients.
The job role will work directly with our Marketing team, Operations team and Managing Director to provide timely and educated responses to prospective clients ensuring that all sale opportunities are explored. We are looking for a positive and determined approach to researching new business prospects, building networks and maintaining relationships within the events industry and local community.
The candidate will be expected to attend meetings with prospective clients as required, showcasing the venue and our capabilities, working with our clients to plan their events, ensuring all needs are met. The ability to liaise with the operations team and management are critical along with providing all details on sales ensuring a high level of customer care.
A basic understanding of social media and how it best represents you and the company to boost both profiles along with maintaining a high level of personal presentation.
