Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):- Develop new business accounts across a wide range of product sectors from researching through to onboarding. Day to day management of new accounts both pre and post sale. Building relationships and trust with key decision makers. Deliver and perform to achievable targets and KPIs as set by the MD. Discover new channels and products by analysing and researching customers needs and requirements. Maintain an exceptionally high standard of service and retain customer confidence and satisfaction. Provide updates and feedback to the Sales Director on a regular basis. Build tailored offers and bespoke deals to present to the customer. Maintain business records including sales forecast, pipeline etc.
