Ensuring that the required monitoring is carried out each week as per the monitoring schedules. The post holder will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the current cleaning schedules by means of regular quality audits, visiting wards, clinics and outpatient areas.
Uploading and downloading information to handsets and printing reports using standard templates and IT systems and where appropriate reporting the outcomes to the housekeeping managers.
Ensure the re audit of any failures are done within the timescale given by the Trust, highlighting any non-conformities to management.
The analysis of quality assurance data ensuring all patterns of failure are reported to management.
To report any room data changes so that the data can be changed in time for the next audit. (Actual changes will be done by the Trust).
Reporting of any Estates issues to the Trust Helpdesk.
