The main focus of the role is to administer customer insurance policies by obtaining and accurately dealing with customer enquiries, entering client information, determining eligibility, communicating benefits and exclusions, and, building rapport.
The role will develop the candidate with the required skills to become a career insurance professional.
Administering customer service requirements, including validation, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, insurer queries, renewals & claims.
Maintain PC & Communication devices by taking care of equipment & reporting problems.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines. recommending improved procedures.
Improve job knowledge by studying product materials, participating in training opportunities and following established Policies & Procedures (P&P).
Exceed customer expectations by using tools provided, including the BeMoto Pipeline application to ensure no customer is left uninformed, competitive leads are converted, renewals are retained and customer service actions are resolved in a timely manner.
Act with honesty, integrity and a positive can-do attitude, ability to work off own initiative.
Protect and enhance the BeMoto brand and reputation through call adherence and personal efficiency to mitigate call abandonment rates and minimise queue times.
