This position is office based at our offices in Taverham. We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated team player who is ready to learn more about the business world. You will be responsible for admin tasks for customers, internal teams and our exciting new projects! You will be a great communicator, have good written skills, and be tidy and organised. You role will include, but is not limited to: Contacting customers and contacts via telephone and email. Updating website content using a content management system. Research of potential users/customers. Creating, managing and sending email campaigns. Preparation and secheduling of posts for social media. Manage event bookings and preparation for online events. Despatch of marketing materials & follow up. Assisting with producing reports. Database updating and record keeping. General office administration. This is a varied role, which will keep you on your toes and offers plenty of real opportunities for career development.
