The Sales Administrator main responsibilities will be to support the sales account managers in their roles by processing all customer orders through the business and inclusive of communicating directly with the customer on progression of their orders. This will require data entry onto the company’s front end software promo office and then onto the production schedules in excel format. It will then require the administrator to monitor the progress of works orders through the company from the receiving of stock, artwork and production, dispatch, and delivery, while liaising directly with our customers to keep them up to date on order progression. The role will also require the recording and management of non conformances schedule within the business to help drive continuous improvement projects. It will require the use of Microsoft 365 Excel for managing production schedules, Outlook for communication internal and external, Teams for internal communication and word. Data entry is critical for accuracy and an organised methodical working practice is required. The position needs a process and target driven mentality which requires good team work to help bridge between the sales and production departments.
