Working closely with our Technical Director you will communicate with clients via chat, email, and phone to assist with technical problems and provide them with training. Document the solutions for common problems that client’s face using our Technical Support System. Assist clients with varying levels of marketing skills to understand and be successful with our marketing automation platform (full training given). Become an expert on our platforms - by completing courses through our online training academy and by gaining hands-on experience. Build long term relationships with customers and, after training, help them to build landing pages, emails, campaigns, and automated workflows in our marketing automation system. Possibility of working from home.
