To greet, help and assist all customers in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner.
To serve customers by helping them select products.
To respond to customer questions and share product knowledge.
To direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
To process payments by totalling purchases, cash and credit/debit cards.
To alert management of any potential issues including security issues.
To assist with receiving stock and merchandise.
To ensure all deliveries are processed efficiently, effectively and to a high standard.
To promote a positive company image in an enthusiastic and motivated way.
To achieve agreed performance targets that are set.
To assist in maintaining exceptional store standards.
To assist in store visual merchandising and promote the company through your uniform performance.
To support the management team and provide general support to other team members as required.
To attend team meetings and training sessions where appropriate.
To comply with company processes and procedures.
To help with store events and take on a pro-active marketing role as and when necessary.
To be flexible to work outside of store hours.
To assist with ad-hoc projects.
