To be successful in this role we believe you need to: Know about and understand… an interest in people. Possess the following transferrable skills… good telephone manner and good written skills. Be able to demonstrate experience of… no experience required but need to be able to work on their own. Within one month, you will: Understand the role and be able to sort cases. Within three to six months, you will: Be able to deal with basic customer enquiries and know who to pass complex cases to. Able to find admin information on the system in order to help clients know how their case is progressing.
