To help promote, coordinate, facilitate and deliver RI activities, including support of resident-led scrutiny of services
Respond to residents enquiries about RI opportunities, training, funding and administration
Send out relevant communications and documents to involved and prospective involved residents
Support the Resident Involvement Officers with surveys and consultations, collating results and compiling reports to feedback to staff and residents
Support the Resident Involvement Officers to maintain accurate data for involved residents and RI activity to assist performance monitoring
Liaise with relevant teams to ensure administrative tasks, relating to involvement are efficiently managed and cost effective.
Support Resident Involvement Officers in the analysis and management of the training needs of involved customers and facilitating delivery
Help contribute to the development of a range of Resident Involvement techniques, including online tools, to ensure that customers have a choice of channel for their involvement.
Assist with targeting and recruitment of a younger audience to increase age diversity of involved residents
