The Kickstart scheme gives us the unique opportunity to develop our social media presence across our branch locations. With the potential for unemployment to rise dramatically in coming months the placements will be assisting us (as an employment business) in attracting candidates that we can then subsequently place in temporary or permanent jobs.
Main duties include:
Generate and promote content on social media platforms.
Encourage, collate and promote reviews on social media platforms.
Resource via job boards, networking and social media for suitable candidates for available vacancies.
Ensure all applications to general email inbox are looked at and responded to appropriately.
Convert CVs into company format and add candidates to company database systems/available candidate spreadsheet ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
Advertise all new vacancies using company templates / job boards ensuring meet legal and discrimination requirements.
Book in all candidate registrations where necessary for consultants.
Call new registrations for urgent temp roles and book in for registration.
Call candidates to update their availability each week.
Request references for new temporary workers and chase where necessary.
Collate and send mailshot and handle responses (allocate to relevant).
Sort through and manage unsubscribes.
Assist recruitment consultants.
