This will involve working alongside all members of staff at Creative Arts East to undertake the following tasks:
Maintain databases, input data into specific systems and provide up-to-date and accurate data reporting information. This data will relate to all of CAE’s work including but limited to events, workshops, training sessions, website interactions etc
The creation and collection of surveys, feedback, and other methodologies of data collection and analysis in order for this information to inform our audience development strategy moving forward and to better under the impact of the organisations work.
Support the continuing development of our website and CRM in order for the organisation to get optimum results from these assets.
Undertake general office duties including photocopying, basic document design and other related tasks.
Create, field and respond to communications from and for partners, participants and other stakeholders via email and telephone. Provide support to communication teams and help to develop external content for a range of platforms and audiences.
Attend events, some of which may take place outside of normal working hours.
Undertake any reasonable activity as may from time to time be requested by members of the organisation.
