The aim of this assistant role is to support the Graduate Rural Surveyor with administrative tasks that contribute to projects as stated above. There will be plenty of opportunity to get out onto the Estate through the means of site inspections and meetings with our tenants. This will sometimes involve working with other departments in the business including the farms, conservation and forestry where necessary. There will also be resources available, such as reading material and webinars, to support learning of industry knowledge and continuous professional development.
To support the Graduate Rural Surveyor with our rural property portfolio including let agriculture and built environments.
This will include supporting and assisting with the let property portfolio (commercial, residential and renewable).
The role will consist of being in and out of the office.
The role will be varied and will assist with the streamlining the property database with accurate information.
It will involve undertaking photographic schedules of condition, measuring buildings, reading meters and collation of reports.
Manage and respond to day-to-day enquiries received from our commercial and, when required, residential tenants.
The role will support the very active Forestry Team in collating and recording information.
The position will be responsible for operating a drone and supporting wider businesses as needed.
