AGA Group are seeking a Trainee Administration Assistant within our office in Merton, near Watton, IP25. The primary duties of this role will focus on supporting the Construction Director/admin team with the co-ordination of all ongoing projects, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Administration/paperwork for current and future projects
Supporting the Construction Director with scheduling and correspondence
Maintain projects filing system
Photocopying/scanning of documents and plans
Reception/telephone duties when required
Cover for administrative team members absence
Please note that the office is in a rural setting about 1.5 miles outside Watton town centre, so own transport is essential
