Roles and responsibilities to include
Answering the telephone and passing enquiries to the correct department
Opening the post
Welcoming visitors to the Reception area
Sending out samples/catalogues including using Fedex for samples going abroad
Processing Credit Card payments
Scanning documents and preparing labels especially for our export customers
Assist with placing customer orders on the data system
Other general office administration tasks
