Supporting with business admin - general admin and clerical tasks.
Support attending and/or arrange different projects and events (potentially including in local schools).
Setting up for sessions and closing down sessions (e.g. cooking, art etc.).
Building relationships with local partners.
Assisting staff with tracking participants (Excel spreadsheets).
Help in creating flyers, posters and social media posts.
Attending meetings and Taking notes at meetings.
Observing staff to understand the position further - Building confidence in the workplace.
Learning how to interact with young people in professional setting.
Willing and able to cover other departments within the Town Council (in agreement with the young person and with support).
Potential to work from home approximately 1 day per week.
