The applicants primary task is learning how to operate Direct To Garment (DTG) machines and software and embroidery machinery as well as packing orders ready for shipping. They will be required to develop independence in the process and use these skills to fulfil customer orders and fill in tracking details online.
Tasks will also include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the workshop and any other smaller tasks that will contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
As the placement progresses, training will be given in:
Tracking stock and supplies and reporting back to management
Development in graphic design and design for clothing will also be available to further extend skills.
As this is an entry level position, full support and training is given. Potential applicants are welcome to visit the company to get more familiar with the role.
