Using systems to provide information to customers. Input customer data onto system. Support our customers to access our services, encouraging them to use self-serve where possible and or re-directing them to the right service areas. Provide a customer facing meet and greet service to visitors to the councils as required. Desire to deliver a consistent high quality customer experience that is in line with the values and brand through each interaction. Work as part of a team to ensure standards and performance targets are met, keeping the customer at the focus of continual service improvement and delivery.

Anticiapted deliverables at the end of placement Customer interaction experience, team working within an office and mobile environment, understanding of public sector and roles within Housing and Benefits.
