As a Kickstarter, you will be supported through our operational departments with hands on training and on the job learning. You will be responsible for investing yourself wholeheartedly into this work experience with a specific focus on:
Contributing to high levels of customer service for our guests and team members alike through exposure to, but not limited to:
Prepping, serving, and clearing Breakfast; Lunch, Dinner and Room Service.
Setting up meeting and events for success.
Checking in and Checking out our guests.
Our digital systems which support guest experience.
Making it right for our guests.
Servicing our bedrooms and communal areas.
Living and breathing our Hilton Values day to day - Hospitality; Integrity; Leadership, Ownership and Now. Complying with hotel regulations, policies and procedures which are in place to keep you and our customers safe. Completing all aspects of the training programme. This will include a mandatory employability training delivered by Springboard.
