Financial admin: The candidate will develop knowledge of receivables and expenses facing our homes and the care sector. They will monitor the receivables and check and process the expenses on our online receipt tool (Dext). Candidates will receive basic training on invoicing and understand the process of debt collection and eventually follow the process. The candidate will receive training on our personal expenditure accounting for our residents.
HR: The candidate will send out job applications and references by email and conduct telephone screenings with potential applicants. They will also liaise between the applicant and managers to arrange interviews and assist with completing their DBS checks. Candidates will also collate the hours of staff on the rota in all homes in preparation for the payroll.
Additional roles: to carry out online surveys and presenting the data and key information to the management team. Basic training can be given on Microsoft office.
Candidates may be required to shadow the Accounts Manager to other homes. Drivers licence is not essential.
