The Role To support the Back of House team with food preparation, takeaway food, hygiene whilst complying with enhanced COVID19 standards. You will be checking in deliveries, washing utensils and dishes as well as working with front of house staff to deliver meals. This supports focus on increasing food and bar snacks sales to both retain customers and attract new. Increased hygiene and receipt of delivery routines have been enhanced in line with COVID-19 guidance. Training and uniform provision. Valuable hospitality and back of house experience within a successful and renowned Hotel. You will deliver high quality food and drink whilst working within a team to provide excellent service. You will learn how a successful professional kitchen is run and how food is stored, prepared, and served in a timely and safe manner. This will provide you with excellent references for future sustainable employment. Uniform and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment will be provided where applicable.
