Your role will include:
Dealing with electronic and paper based filing and other routine administrative tasks for file management.
Assist with the office equipment and scanning.
Data entry and recording of information on the internal computer system.
Filing and scanning of general paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with expected processes.
Processing general contact letters and communications.
Monitoring key incoming emails to record and update the files as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail including recorded deliveries and logging communications and post reference numbers for file verification.
Some direction of calls to the appropriate person and recording phone messages effectively and accurately on the appropriate system.
Dealing with routine enquiries in a friendly and helpful way.
Undertaking general assistant duties as required by the Director.
