Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Keeping up to date with COVID guidelines and sharing any changes and updates with the company as they occur with clear action points for compliance.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, create documents based on brand guidelines, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors, preparing areas for meetings, minute-taking and sharing after the event.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Good communication and inter personnel skills.
Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workload.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Not afraid to ask questions.
Open to taking instructions and working under pressure.
