Key responsibilities: Candidates Management – To process candidates onto the CRM, this involves updating the CV, liaising with candidates looking for employment and supporting Consultants in finding them suitable employment, deliver a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities, create and maintain a ‘Pool’ of candidates appropriate to the client’s needs. Administration - Manage and refresh job board advertising in line with recruitment processes, ensure all applicants are managed to agreed process for screening and validation purposes, pro-actively manage availability of candidates to ensure an effective candidate experience, ensuring delivery processes meet and comply with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment, and recruitment legislation; monitored through audit. Web Analysis – To identify client leads for the Consultants. This will involve actively searching on a variety of job boards to seek leads which can be used by the Consultants as sales calls (this may also involve sending lead mailers to the client on behalf of the Consultants). Social Media – to be involved where asked to with the LinkedIn & Twitter accounts of the business. This will involve tweeting on behalf of the team, posting questions onto relevant LinkedIn groups and collating Social Media Stats. Database cleansing – to ensure the database is as up to date as possible – this may involve taking off undeliverable emails / adding on clients etc. This is crucial so the RC has the relevant information when contacting clients and supporting the team with general office maintenance.
