Key Responsibilities/ Main tasks: The role is for an organised and practical individual. Planning the workload of the engineers and managing the diary. Monitoring the company’s Facebook and social media pages, dealing with messages, and posting offers and adverts. Managing emails. Answering the phone and dealing with customers. Calling customers to keep them informed. Calling customers to book in annual services. Keeping customers happy, which can be difficult at times. Keeping engineers and other staff up to date on changes. Dealing with problems from stressed customers. Chasing in overdue money. General admin duties such as banking cheques, keeping the office tidy, making teas and taking task off the director’s hand where possible.
