As part of our team, you will help our customers to understand and take advantage of the potential of Microsoft 365, so they can fulfil their recruitment software needs. Our organisation is one of Microsoft’s preferred software suppliers to the recruitment industry. A successful candidate will be provided training on Microsoft platforms and encouraged to take Microsoft Certifications, which are industry recognised and will stay with them, helping them to further their professional development.
Working as part of a team, you will be supported to complete the main activities of this role, as follows:
To communicate directly with our customers to understand the issues that are having and the new requirements that they may have.
To provide advice and assistance to customers on how best to use Pump and Microsoft 365.
To customise work in Pump and Microsoft 365 to the customers specifications.
To help maintain a knowledgebase that allows our customers to help themselves when they have issues or questions.
To support the Pump development team in helping them to improve functionality of Pump for its customers.
