This placement is for a programme of training and mentoring so to give you an understanding of the various aspects of an SME.
This role will entail:
Ten weeks experience within the Operations team. This will give you the opportunity to use and understand logistics and reporting software customer and engineer liaison. Invoicing and end of month reporting as well as prepare and present clients KPIs.
Ten weeks experience within the Sales/Marketing Team. This will provide a clear understanding of the sales path from lead generation to receipt of order. Preparation of month end reports and analyse key sales data. End of month reporting as well as prepare and present sales KPIs.
Four weeks experience working with Company Directors, Senior Managers and Accounts. This will give you an understanding of fleet management, HR processes, building maintenance, purchase ledgers and credit control, debt collection as well as financial reporting. Assist with the implementation of ISO 9001 and 45001 throughout the company.
