Daily tasks will include shadowing head brewer to learn processes while ensuring equipment is clean, sterilised and ready for use. Applicant will need to be able to learn quickly and retain information in order to take over from the head brewer when required.
As well as creating product, the applicant will be required to package it, both in bottles, cask and keg, full training will be given. Successful candidate will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the products, product types and packaging and will be expected to sell directly to customers as and when required.
Full support will be provided to ensure candidate can use apps and programmes they will need to use to do reporting and data input including bespoke brewery programmes, spreadsheets and databases.
The candidate will be required to do face to face sales as well as taking enquiries over the phone. These may be retail or wholesale and payments may need to be taken in cash or via card.
