This post will rotate between the Workforce departments of Employee Relations and Heads of Workforce at the hospital, spending around three months in each role. This role could be a stepping stone into a future HR or management career.
This post would ideally suit somebody who has previous experience in an administrative role, has experience working on projects, is competent using Excel, and is keen to learn and develop their skills within a role in the NHS.
The Employee Relations team operationally manages the delivery of the Employee Relations service across the Trust. We provide a responsive, legally compliant and best practice service to both managers and employees and provide expertise on all employee relations and policy matters. The team owns the central relationship with Trade Unions, engaging them on partnership requirements. We are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of CUH policy and process changes, appropriate governance of policy and employee relations decisions.
