What will I be doing?
Ensuring the cleanliness, health and safety of our members and team members at all times.
Using every opportunity to smile and talk to our members.
Acting as an ambassador for the club at all times.
Getting to know our club and engaging with members about our activities so that I can advise them in a helpful manner.
Keeping any of my work areas clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard at all times.
Managing queues to deliver excellent service and a safe working environment.
Knowing the health benefits of our menu and offering advice.
Checking back with members to make sure they are happy.
Ensuring I have a full knowledge of health and safety standards and COVID-19 requirements, making sure my colleagues, members and myself are safe at all times.
Dealing with enquiries with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Operating the till and other systems, e.g. Club Centric, ABS, with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Answering telephone calls promptly while giving excellent service.
Owning and resolving member queries I can deal with and using appropriate discretion.
Working with team members to deal with member issues and queries.
Keeping reception clean, tidy, and presented to Brand Standards at all times.
Logging all lost and found property to DL Clubs Ways of Working.
