General administrative tasks:
Monitoring / evaluation of the various projects we run (which may provide the opportunity to go to sessions and not be in the office all the time).
Processing and analysis of monitoring forms and working with Excel spreadsheets.
Tracking income through funding applications. Liaising with our fundraising company.
Producing templates and writing acknowledgement / thank you letters to funders using Microsoft Word.
General assistance with marketing (especially digital marketing).
Dealing with referrals for new groups (only around 3 or 4 a year).
Involvement in fundraising events (usually only 3 or 4 per year).
Communications – including the development of systems for maintaining our social networking platforms (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram).
Potential for some events organising (E.g. open mic nights).
Potential for brand development / flyer design / brand ID.
