Candidates need to assimilate knowledge in order to work in a customer service role, developing an understanding of our products, services and members. They may be required to work on external software and confidential internal documents and learn how to support members and potential customers by using our website and CRM. They should have excellent written and spoken English in order to communicate clearly via email and telephone and be confident with maths.
The post will involve working closely with the Retentions Teams to understand how the retail finance is used for our members and to support the processes with a view to being able to assist with customer service queries and enquiries in due course.
