Greet patients and verify and update patient information, maintain and manage patient records in compliance with company’s policies and data protection regulations, answer and manage incoming telephone calls, write out blue forms for the day, check patient completes blue forms & medical forms making sure that they are signed, inform patients when they book to bring relevant paperwork, schedule patient appointments, fill in cancellations and no-shows, check and print out medical forms, take payments and mark on screen at time of treatment, bill patients if necessary, maintain a professional reception area, safeguard patient privacy and check exemptions have suitable paperwork, hand out medical history forms, key medical history forms on computer on day of receipt, re arrange appointment as required, phone or email first, second time send letter, ring recalls for 3-6 months check ups, do cash up-lock away cash up report and cash & credit card slip for PM, file cash up report away once returned from PM and reconcile streamline for daily cash up. We are flexible in terms of contracted hours, part time or full time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. You may be required to work weekends to help with the administration of the COVID 19 vaccination.
