As the Business Administrator, you will be a vital part of the team, bringing energy and enthusiasm to a job that is challenging and rewarding within an exciting and vibrant company. Your focus will be supporting the team with all admin duties, assisting the team, managing the diaries, responding to clients, manage social media accounts and support with the day to day running. Reports to the director. Responsibilities and duties: supporting the implementation of operational policies and procedure, proactively answering calls and handling customer queries, communicate with supplier and courier queries, supporting the director with admin, assist with social media growth and manage social media accounts, assist with marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and increase local market share resulting in new clients, make refreshments for meetings, clients and director as required, preparing correspondences on the director’s behalf and supporting the director’s diary, liaising with accounts staff to ensure invoicing is correct, being a confidante and handling sensitive information confidentially, looking at creative ways to support the business and the director, support with any events the business may enter, completing any admin tasks as required, set a positive example in specific areas such as behaviour, attitude and appearance adhering to company guidelines and policies in such areas, work to the needs of the business, taking into consideration peak trade, holidays, weekends and evenings. Champion a sense of teamwork with all team members to help support and cover potential staff absences again to ensure business need is met and incorporate into the role the businesses vision, mission and core values statements. General requirements: ability to work by yourself and as part of a team, accuracy and attention to detail, a positive and can-do attitude, ability to manage tasks effectively, good timekeeping, friendly approach (will be dealing with clients) and treat all team members and clients with respect and dignity.
