Your duties will grow as you progress and gain more understanding about how the organisation operates. You will become responsible for answering the telephone, taking messages, filtering emails and forwarding them and post to other members of the team. You will also be required to support general admin duties, these will grow as you become familiar with the needs of the team and the support staff. These duties may include filing, printing, photocopying, compiling learning resources and placing orders for consumables, such as stationery and cleaning products. ACE has many display boards around the centre that need regular monitoring and updating. You will have time to make these look attractive to students and visitors whilst staying compliant with our corporate theme. You may be asked to undertake other duties within the centre to support the staff or management team in the delivery of education, training and support.
