Overview of Responsibilities:
To deal with patients/family members/staff on a daily basis.
To perform duties in line with the quality system and maintain all appropriate documents.
To report faulty and broken equipment.
To work within health and safety guidelines.
To ensure full compliance with policies and procedures in the disposal of waste materials, sharp objects, the wearing of PPE and use of appropriate signage.
To maintain a clear and tidy work area.
To deliver materials to the correct location within an agreed timescale.
To inform the manager/supervisor of any issues that may affect the smooth running of the department.
To carry out instructions from immediate supervisor and senior staff.
To undertake any other duties appropriate with the running of the department.
To attend relevant job role and mandatory training.
