To provide support to staff and residents at Housing 21 at Oak House Extra Care Scheme. The job role is to assist residents with their well-being, enabling service users to live independently within their own home, including those people living at the scheme who do not receive care (residents will be over the age of 55).
Care Workers and Managers will guide Wellbeing Support Workers in their duties. The tasks could include - planning and delivering one to one or group activities to residents who live at the scheme. Some of the other duties might include cleaning communal areas as directed, preparing meals, or providing companionship, and checking on the well-being of residents’.
