Checking referral and IT systems for new customer contacts in relation to Covid19. Checking other channels of communication for new customer enquiries on all other topics. Assigning new enquiries to the appropriate colleagues or team for investigation. Undertaking administrative support for the communities team and help hub. Call handling. Speaking to customers, partners, volunteers and community groups to update records. The Help Hub is a partnership of multiple services working people with a range of needs. The successful candidate will be party to sensitive information and is expected to adhere to information sharing and confidentiality procedures.
Anticipated deliverables at end of placement: Customer service experience, basic admin experience, Microsoft software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook), understanding work with vulnerable people, telephone handling skills
