SIA Licence training will be provided at commencement of employment and is transferable for the candidate to take forward and valid for 3 years. The role will be site based. The successful candidate will need to be vigilant and aware of surroundings at all times, assisting team members when required and report any suspicious activities to the supervisor. They will be required to adhere to all policies and procedures set out at clients sites whilst observing Health and Safety at all times. They will be responsible for managing keys, maintaining logbooks, patrolling, operating radios, answering telephone calls and report writing ensuring paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures. They may be required to attend workshops and participate in training activities set by line manager and co-ordinator and on completion update weekly learning logs. Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients and ensuring they always portray a professional image. Mandatory Training identified for this position will be SIA Licence training, Record Keeping, Remote Working and Staying Alert, this will be given as part of their role.
