Candidates will need to understand the mental and physical health of the residents by creating person centred meaningful activities based on choice and personal preference.
Candidates will need to communicate with the residents to understand their needs and provide activities that can engage, entertain and stimulate the residents.
Candidates will also communicate with families to understand residents personal needs.
Candidates will be responsible for creating activity plans that can range from either one resident to a group. This can range from a dance competition, to baking, playing games, reading, drawing, playing catch etc.
Candidates will have direct communication to the social media co-ordinator and will assist in creating content.
