The role is to support PECTs Warm Homes officers to help alleviate fuel poverty throughout Cambridgeshire. As the Warm Homes trainee, you will be part of the Health and Wellbeing team, reporting to the division lead, Karen Igho. Through your development in the role, you will learn a variety of skills to support you in future roles in administration and the energy sector.
You will be responsible for undertaking pre-scripted follow up calls with householders who have previously been provided with energy advice. You will discuss the service they have received and record the impact the energy visit has had on their behaviours and situation.
