As a customer reception team member you will be the frontline to our customers, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers, promoting the TASTY WAY, ensuring our customer areas are ready to receive our guests and to be able to work well in our team.
As part of our team you will learn how to follow Covid-19 procedures in the hospitality sector, learn and instil the 'Tasty Way' so our customer gets the best service from us, in addition to this you will learn and embrace our current customer service 'steps'.
You will also learn food safety and health and safety principles, such as how to ensure customer areas are sanitised and clean, the touch point cleaning programme is followed and to enforce the 'Tasty’ approach to Covid rules and encouraging social distancing.
Other skills developed will be working to deadlines, working within a team, punctuality and communication. You will be invited to attend training sessions both virtual and physical.
Additional duties will be supporting the processing of the orders, communicating with customers be it face to face, by telephone or email along with supporting the team in packaging, folding and labelling our takeaway offer to ensure brand awareness.
