Reporting to the Sales and Customer Service manager you will be the key role in development of all SLT Group’s sales, leads, customer communication, front of house platforms including remote reception services. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Group’s membership sales, the successful collection and analysis of data from customers and services to develop and deliver improvements in customer communication and customer service.
You will be support, the group’s customer journey to ensure a flawless delivery is met, ensuring a high level of customer service and always maximise customer care and service.
The successful candidate will provide exciting and invigorating, yet accurate information to prospective members regarding facilities, programmes, procedures, exercise benefits and prices. In addition, the successful candidate will look to recruit new and lapsed members in order to hit sales and revenue targets, and to maximise income at all sites.
As part of the role the role will support the Sales and Customer Service Manager to generate awareness of the centre and memberships available within the local community and catchment area.
Also, the candidate will support and help to identify and report reasons for declining sales and/or cancellation of memberships. The role will also comply with Key Performance Indicators as set on a monthly basis, and to meet specific sales targets. You may be required to undertake and participate in outreach activities and events to promote the centre / memberships to raise awareness and drive sales.
The successful candidate will generate and then greet all appointments that visit the sites within SLT Group’s centres and ensure the appropriate sales and operational procedures are applied. You will be required to administer correctly and promptly all membership paperwork and other administration to Head Office. You will be required to produce and review, daily, weekly, and monthly, sales reports, to support the Sales and Customer Service Manager in making recommendations about further actions needed.
You will be required to maintain thorough knowledge of competitor’s facilities, pricing, special offers and procedures and involve, motivate and inform non-sales staff with regard to sales and promotions.
