Responsibilities and Duties:
Supporting the implementation of operational policies and procedure.
Proactively answering and handling customer queries.
Communicate with suppliers.
Supporting the director with admin.
Assist with social media growth and manage social media accounts.
Assist with marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and increase local market share resulting in new clients.
Arrange bookings for events both online and in person.
Make refreshments for meetings, clients and director as required.
Preparing correspondences on the director’s behalf and supporting the director’s diary.
Record details of customer feedback and discuss with the director.
Liaising with accounts staff to ensure invoicing is correct.
Being a confidante and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Looking at creative ways to support the business and the director.
Support with any events the business may enter.
Completing any admin tasks as required.
Set a positive example in specific areas such as behaviour, attitude and appearance adhering to company guidelines and policies in such areas.
Work to the needs of the business, taking into consideration peak trade, holidays, weekends and evenings. Champion a sense of teamwork with all team members to help support and cover potential staff absences again to ensure business need is met.
