Responsibilities under the Marketing department will include: assisting in rolling out a new social media strategy, becoming familiar with individual schools within the Trust and their key messages. Other duties will include producing and collating social content from school staff, sending reminders for school staff to provide content, scheduling social media posts, actively engaging with target audiences, moderating social accounts as well as engaging and replying to comments. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to advise on content ideas/visual materials as well as reporting on engagement and KPIs.
Responsibilities under the IT department will include: providing first line support to our user base as well as administration support to the ICR service. Working with the Trust case management service, creating, resolving and referring cases as appropriately. The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently, and collaboratively on tasks as required.
Other duties will also include: Ensuring all peripheral equipment (copiers, scanners, cameras, projectors) is maintained in working order, replaced and disposed of as required. Assisting with the creation, production and distribution of user guides and training materials for systems as required, as well as providing remote support to all users as required.
